With a total weight of just 1.6 kg, the Go Lite is one of the lightest recovery sets. It’s about the size of a 1-liter water bottle including the cuff, making it ideal to fit into your gym bag or carry-on luggage – for effective recovery wherever you go.

Before the Sport – Just Activate

• Put on Boots 2.0: Pull snugly over legs – comfortable, without wrinkles
• Turn on & connect Go Lite: Start with a button press, select desired program
• Select program for warm-up: Activate gentle programs like Flow, Impulse or Double
• Set pressure: Light to medium pressure for muscle activation
• Application: 10–15 minutes lying down, if possible not sitting, as this creates a constriction in the groin area. It's important to apply with nearly extended hips. Ideal before training or sports

After the Workout – Recover Effectively

• Put on Boots again (ideally within 60 minutes after training) & start the device
• Start program:Choose e.g. Intense or Impulse for faster lactate removal
• Adjust pressure: Medium to high – depending on recovery needs
• Duration: 15–30 minutes for active muscle relaxation
• After the session: Turn off Go Lite, pack it up, take it with you, wipe it down with a damp cloth or a non-aggressive disinfectant. Everything fits in the provided Gym Bag
