Returns, Cancellations and Withdrawal Policy


1. Order Cancellations

Order cancellation can be made free of charge if the order has not already been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us directly:

In case the order has already been shipped, the following return and withdrawal terms apply.
 

2. Right of Withdrawal (for distance purchases) 

You have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, with a refund, in the following cases:
 

2.1 Cases with the company's fault:

 
  • You received a different product than the one you ordered (e.g. wrong type, quantity or pricing).
  • The product was defective or of poor quality/function.
In these cases, the shipping costs are covered by the company, and the refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
 

2.2 Withdrawal without the company's fault:

 
You have the right to return products without justification, within 14 calendar days. In this case:
 
  • The shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • The product must be in excellent condition (as new), in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories.
  • Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the product at our warehouse.
 

3. Return Procedure For any return:

  1. Contact us by phone at 2310 272462 or at e-shop@digas.gr.
  2. Make sure the product is well packaged so that it does not suffer damage during transport.
  3. Accompany the product with:
    • Retail receipt, or
    • Delivery note, if an invoice has been issued.
  4. Return the product to the following address: Communal road N. Radestou - Triadiou, Thermi, Postal Code: 57001 

 

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Returns/withdrawals are not accepted in the following cases:
 
  • Products that have been unsealed and relate to hygiene or personal care items (e.g. masks, thermometers, orthopedics, compression garments, socks, etc.).
  • Personalized or specially ordered products (from domestic or international suppliers/manufacturers).
  • Products with opened or damaged packaging.
  • Goods that may deteriorate or expire soon.
  • Devices or products that have been used or are damaged due to misuse.
  • Goods that after delivery are inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Provision of services that have already been performed with the customer's consent. 

 

5. Refund The refund will be made:

  • Within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product.
  • By the same payment method you selected during the purchase or by deposit into a bank account where you are a beneficiary or co-beneficiary (in this case you must provide us with the IBAN).
