The ability to adjust the laser pulse — in terms of power, pulse duration, and frequency — combined with the automatic calculation of energy in Joules, minimizes the risk of burns and maximizes results. In addition, SLD technology and the simultaneous use of three wavelengths extend the lifespan of the handpiece and allow operation at lower settings, achieving the same results with a reduced risk of undesirable post-treatment effects. The multi-stage cooling system of the handpiece further enhances safety and ensures maximum comfort during treatment.
The basic principle of the TRIO Laser for hair removal is based on the physicochemical properties of the effect of the laser beam on melanin. The wavelengths used are absorbed by the melanin in the hair, causing overheating of its structure and destroying both the hair and the hair follicle during the anagen (growth) phase. Since hairs are in different stages of growth, a series of treatments is required. On average, 6–8 sessions provide effective and long-lasting hair removal.
