The ABENA Shampoo Cap with Conditioner, including its packaging, can be heated in a microwave for 15–20 seconds at a maximum power of 800W. The recommended maximum temperature for use is 40°C (104°F). Gently massage the hair with the cap for 2–3 minutes. Remove the cap and your hair will be washed and clean. No rinsing required.
