L-Mesitran® Ointment – Medical Grade Honey 48% Healing Cream

L-Mesitran® Ointment is an advanced medical-grade wound healing ointment containing 48% Medical Grade Honey. Its osmotic action draws fluid to the wound, promoting autolytic debridement and maintaining a moist, protected environment for faster healing.

Enriched with vitamins, natural oils, and soothing plant extracts, it provides antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and odor-control properties without toxicity or irritation.

Indications

• Pressure ulcers (Grades 1–4)
• Venous, arterial, and diabetic ulcers
• Superficial or deep wounds with exudate
• 1st & 2nd degree burns
• Postoperative wounds and fistulas
• Odorous or infected wounds
• Fungal infections and veterinary wound care

Composition

Medical Grade Honey (48%), Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Sunflower Oil, Hypoallergenic Lanolin, Cod Liver Oil, Calendula Officinalis, Aloe Barbadensis, Zinc Oxide (<1%). pH: 5–6

Directions for Use

1. Cleanse the wound with saline solution before each dressing change.
2. Apply a 1 mm thick layer, covering the entire wound and surrounding skin.
3. Cover with a secondary absorbent dressing (gauze, foam, non-woven, etc.).
4. Change daily during the cleaning phase, then every 1–3 days until full healing.
5. For sensitive wounds or burning sensation, use L-Mesitran® Soft.
