The Exhaled Nitric Oxide (FeNO) measurement device is a fixed but at the same time portable system for accurate and highly repeatable measurements of exhaled Nitric Oxide.
We know that the production of nitric oxide in the vascular endothelium is linked to the existence of inflammation. Excessive levels of cytokines (part of inflammation) cause nitric oxide production in the tissues. The small amount of nitric oxide in the vascular epithelium is beneficial (perhaps with an anti-inflammatory effect), while the large amounts of nitric oxide released by the cytokines can cause tissue damage.
It is used for the early detection and management of asthma through the quantification and monitoring of induced inflammation.

It also includes, with an upgrade, the possibility of nasal measurement at a speed of 350ml/min (additional charge).
The system offered allows us to perform an unlimited number of tests without additional costs (except for the filters used).
For its operation it is necessary to have a PC (Windows 10 / 11) to install the SW EXPAIR II that accompanies the offered system.
