Monopolar RF Device F-365 for Skin Tightening and Fat Reduction – TECAR

The Monopolar RF Device F-336 for Skin Tightening and Fat Reduction – TECAR is a monopolar radiofrequency system equipped with two emission handpieces operating at 300 kHz and 447 kHz. It is designed for skin tightening, rejuvenation, and fat-reduction treatments for both the face and the body.

Its operation is based on the emission of high-frequency radio waves that can penetrate the tissues to a depth of up to approximately 20 mm. This controlled thermal effect produces selective heating of the tissues and stimulates fibroblasts, enhancing the natural production of collagen and elastin. As a result, the treatment improves skin firmness and structure while also supporting fat-reduction effects in areas such as the abdomen, thighs, arms, and the double-chin area.

The device includes

• CAP Handpiece (Capacitive Mode) – 300 kHz This handpiece is suitable for tissues with a high water content, such as the skin. It is mainly used for facial tightening and skin regeneration treatments, as well as for mild skin laxity in superficial areas of the body and limbs. Additionally, it may help improve edema, fluid retention, and mild forms of cellulite (types I and II). Its controlled thermal field allows a treatment depth of approximately 2–6 mm.
• RES Handpiece (Resistive Mode) – 447 kHz This handpiece primarily targets tissues with higher resistance and lower water content, such as adipose (fat) tissue. With a penetration depth of approximately 6–20 mm, it provides a stronger fat-reduction effect in areas of the body, limbs, and the submental area (double chin). The RES handpiece is not applied to other facial areas due to its higher intensity and deeper energy penetration, ensuring safe and targeted treatment.

Each handpiece is supplied with four different tips, allowing the treatment to be customized according to the treatment area and aesthetic objective.
