The NADAL® D-Dimer Test is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of D-Dimer in human whole blood or plasma. The test is intended as an aid in the diagnosis of conditions such as:
Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC)
Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
Pulmonary Embolism (PE)
The test detects cross-linked fibrin degradation products, which are specific markers of fibrinolysis. NADAL® D-Dimer provides qualitative results within 10 minutes with a detection limit of 500 ng/mL D-Dimer.
