HI97710 portable, digital pH, free & total chlorine photometer

It measures with laboratory precision the most important parameters that we control in swimming pool water:

Stable light source: The internal electronic reference system of the light beam of the HI-97710 photometer compensates for any instabilities due to eg power fluctuations or temperature changes. The result is to have a stable lighting beam, where fast and stable measurements are achieved.
CAL Check Function: Hanna's exclusive CAL Check function allows performance verification and photometer calibration using NIST traceable standards.
Built-in reaction timer: Measuring the appropriate reaction time is essential when performing colorimetric measurements. The on-screen countdown timer displays the time remaining until a measurement is taken, ensuring consistent results between sample measurements.
Large cell size: The round cell size we use in HI-97710 is 25mm long. The relatively long cell length allows light to pass more diffusely through the sample, ensuring accurate measurements even in low absorbance samples.
Auto-off protection: The HI97710 uses three common AA batteries that allow approximately 800 readings to be taken. The auto-off feature automatically turns the meter off after 15 minutes of inactivity to preserve battery life.
