The LT-101 Digital Penetration Probe Thermometer is designed for professional temperature measurement of liquids, semi-solid and paste-like substances. It provides fast, highly accurate readings and is suitable for a wide range of applications.
Compliant with HACCP requirements, it is ideal for use in the food industry, catering, retail, laboratories, and industrial environments.
The stainless steel penetration probe is connected to the display unit via a 160 cm cable, allowing convenient and flexible operation. In addition to the current temperature, the thermometer displays the maximum and minimum recorded temperatures and features a HOLD function for easy reading.
When the measured temperature exceeds or falls below the user-defined limits, the device activates both a visual and audible alarm, ensuring immediate notification.
With an IP65 protection rating, the thermometer is protected against water jets and can be cleaned under running water after use. The display unit includes a built-in stand for tabletop use and a magnetic back for convenient attachment to metal surfaces.
*An optional calibration certificate is available, either accredited with the ESYD logo or with traceability to international standards, in accordance with the DKD-R 6-1 procedure.
