This helps eliminate documentation or data transfer errors that may occur during manual data entry. This technology allows the scale to be integrated into existing or future EMR and EHR systems.
• KERN Universal Port (KUP): allows the connection of an external KUP interface adapter, such as RS-232, USB, Bluetooth, WiFi or Ethernet, for the exchange of data and control commands, without requiring installation.
• Especially suitable for weighing patients in wheelchairs, thanks to the low-profile platform, which can be accessed from either side
• The large steel weighing platform also makes it ideal for weighing patients with higher body weight
• Secure and non-slip positioning with height-adjustable rubber feet
• Level indicator for precise levelling of the scale
• Hold function: When weighing patients who are unable to remain still, an average weight value is determined. This allows sufficient time to attend to the patient before the weight reading is displayed
• BMI function for determining underweight, normal weight or overweight
• Display device with two magnets on the back, ideal for attaching it to metallic surfaces, such as the weighing platform
• The scale can be easily transported using the handle and two rollers and requires minimal storage space
