The Wellisair Air Disinfection Purifier follows nature’s example and guarantees safe disinfection of the ambient air and surfaces, thanks to its innovative technology.

The device generates and excess of hydroxyl radicals (OH) – a reactive oxygen compound that also occurs in the troposphere and is often referred to as the “atmosphere’s cleaning agent”.

The hydroxyl radicals not only destroy viruses and bacteria, they also remove unpleasant odours and transform volatile organic compounds to make them harmless. Since this process can be found in nature, it is completely harmless for human beings, which makes it suitable for continuous use.
