Cartridges G3+ critical blood analyzer for i-STAT are designed for use in laboratories and tests and they measure blood gases, electrolytes, and the patient's acid-base balance.
To run a test correctly, 2 to 3 drops of blood are required in the cartridge, which then enters the i-STAT clinical analyzer. The cartridges, before being used, initiate preset quality control diagnostics, from monitoring the quality of the sample to the validation of the reagent.
